Responsibilities

Provide support in for Records Management (RM) within the customer and the NSG.
Assist in performing analysis, site visits and collecting appropriate guidance to update and reformat current policy.
Assist in evaluating data collected and apply appropriate records disposition authority and retention instructions.
Operates and executes Information Services (IS) monitoring for multiple geographic locations supporting copy center, content management, deployed data management, depot/scanning, and security service activities.
Provide review, comments, and requirement assessment on DoD and IC policies relative to RM processes, directives and guidance documents.
Assist with developing, researching, and performing site visits to coordinate and monitor operations support to the customer's core sites located in STL, NCE, Gilia Bend, AZ, and Mineral Wells, TX.
Preserve and dispose records following the guidance in Title 36, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).
Qualifications

Required:
TS/SCI Clearance;
Bachelors Degree;
3-6 years experience, or equivalent, including 2 years within DOD/IC;

Additional Knowledge and Skills:
General knowledge of security practices with emphasis in personnel, physical and/or industrial security.
Experience may be broad based, crossing multiple markets (e.g., government, industry) and may also include relevant and associated certifications and knowledge of applicable tools, methodologies, or best practices.
Works independently and closely with senior specialists or task leads.
Must obtain DoD Security Professional Education Development (SPeD) Certification within 1 year of service start date; currently certified is a plus.
