Northwell Health-GoHealth Urgent Care has received the highest level of recognition for urgent care centers—an accreditation from the Urgent Care Association of America (UCAOA). Of the approximately 8,100 urgent care centers in this country, only 545 have attained UCAOA's accreditation.
Seeking motivated and friendly Radiologic Technologists for full-time and part-time positions in our rapidly growing practices. Our employees are our “front line” for patient care, beginning the moment a patient walks through our door. GoHealth Urgent Care Rad Techs work hand-in-hand with our MD, NP, and PA providers, with responsibilities including registering patients at intake, collecting and processing payments, assisting with medical tests, and following up with patients and health insurers by phone.
Operates x-ray and auxiliary equipment processes images; maintains and cleans equipment. Maintains required documentation. Functions as a medical office assistant, to include intake, hospitality and medical assist functions.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology program
New York State Department of Health licensure as a Radiologic Technologist
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration
