National Digital Marketing Manager

The National Digital Marketing Experience Manager has a strong background in digital and is responsible for setting and implementing a North America web design and content strategy that drives content engagement and lead conversion, business value and world-class online customer experience.

Essential Functions

Acquire and apply business knowledge to perform across multiple project roles in the development and implementation of key digital content projects
Provides guidance and direction to digital coordinator on digital content initiatives. Works independently to resolve issues to deliver digital content
Assist the Director of Marketing with developing the content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing goals
Collaborates and works with Regional Marketing teams to plan digital media content, campaign development, implementation and measurement.
Develops and maintains digital content standards in support of quality, accuracy, brand, and search engine optimization across multiple platforms
Exceptional implementation of project management methods across project and teams (initiating, planning, scheduling, monitoring, etc)
Multimedia channel management: SEO, email marketing, SEM, social media marketing (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Instagram, LinkedIn), and digital marketing analytics
Possess strong written and oral communication skills for producing large amounts of content
Ability to do deep dive analysis to understand customer touch points and successes factors across different customer segments
Monitor performance and produce standardized reports and recommendations
Negotiate and manage external vendors tied to technical enhancements to the site.

Requirements

360° Partner with demonstrable ability to build and maintain productive relationships within cross-functional/regional teams
5+ years of successful digital marketing experience and full understanding of website development and maintenance
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a “Make it Happen” approach
High ethical and professional standards – honesty, integrity and common sense
BA/BS in marketing, communications, or related field or equivalent working experience
