We are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to be a part of our rewarding team. Applicants must be hard working, fast moving, responsible, and quick thinking. They should also exhibit the ability to go the extra mile and make personal connections with every guest and vendor.

Responsible for planning all Restaurant events
Plan and execute marketing events (Spirit Nights, 5th Tuesday, Special Events/Themed Nights, Market wide events, and Corporate events)
Work with other Directors to ensure adequate scheduling for all Marketing Events
Responsible for maintaining relationships with all partner organizations
Field requests for donation, car washes, and birthdays and other forms of assistance, and tactfully accepting or declining all requests in a timely fashion
Order all marketing materials including but not limited to: CARES cards, Facebook posts, Facebook boosts, Nutritional guides, PALS, BOGs, & plush cow
Responsible for our catering champion and ensuring he/she is in the community 3-4 days a week
Responsible for the maintenance, repair, organization, cleanliness, use and storage of the myriad marketing materials used in our endeavors—including event tents, cows, marketing closet, banners, signs, etc.
Responsible for the weekly sampling schedule, second mile service, bulletin board, community board, ensure POP is correct, ensuring menu boards are correct, and the upkeep of flowers and decorations
Responsible for growing sales inside the Restaurant at least 5% including suggestive selling, sampling and recommending contests
Responsible for ensuring Raving Fans Behind the Counter is being fully executed. (ie: Birthdays, Anniversaries, etc)Ensure Monthly/Quarterly Outing is scheduled & Ensure community board is updated
Work operationally during peak hours.

Qualifications
Minimum of 1-3 years prior Marketing experience
Demonstrated ability to formulate creative and original promotional ideas
Database and Social Media marketing experience preferred
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
Possess valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as required; must provide own transportation
Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Must have demonstrated ability to perform effectively under stressful situations
Must have a demonstrated ability to function in a fast paced environment
Must be available to work a flexible schedule including nights and some weekends
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be detail oriented, have strong organizational skills, and demonstrated interpersonal skills
Exemplary customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

When we see neat, organized marketing materials
When we see 3 sampling events weekly; sampling schedule
When we see at least 1 BIG event a month in the Restaurant
Behavioral Characteristics
The Marketing Director should:
Work a minimum of forty hours per week in the restaurant (2-3 days; 2-3 nights including Saturdays)
Dedicate a minimum of thirty hours per week to non office/computer time, Should have clearly posted office hours, Maintain Restaurant calendar
Dedicate one shift throughout the week to lead as manager
Should be able to make decisions about assisting other organizations based on our Restaurant’s vision, and honestly and tactfully communicate our decision to the appropriate organization. (R.A.V.E. filter)
Attend the Leadership Meeting & Operator/RMD meeting bi-weekly and be prepared to discuss the scheduling and production needs for any and all marketing activities
Clock in/out at Restaurant, check email daily, count coupons for EOM package, and email Operator schedule by Wednesday night at 8pm
The Marketing Director should be flexible with the expectations required by the role, as they may change seasonally
Utilize and execute Facebook and Restaurant website,
Turn in all receipts for payouts as needed ($50.00 or less no approval needed; $50 or more approval by Operator is needed)
Develop a 40 hour weekly schedule:
15 hours working operations
5-8 hours: Emails/planning
30 minutes: Bi weekly meeting with Operator
1 hour: Biweekly HPLT leadership meeting
1 hour: POP/menu boards
1 hour: flowers
1-2 hours: website/facebook/social media
1 hours: coupon counting
2-3 hours: spirit nights
1 hour: donation requests
5 hours: Big events 1-2 nights (per Operator and RMD discretion).
1 hour: organization of office and marketing closet.
