Job Overview The PTE team is seeking an experienced executive assistant. Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Support management team and staff.
Manage staff calendars, meetings and conference calls.
Arrange and coordinate all logistics for meetings, appointments, luncheons, and conferences.
Screen, receive, route and answer calls and greet guests.
Plan creative team building events under budget limits.
Perform budget tracking across various spend categories.
Arrange complex domestic and international travel and prepare detailed itineraries.
Responsible for maintaining office files and business cards.
Arrange for shipping, order office supplies/test equipment, manage contracts process and support the department as needed.
Work under minimal supervision and interact with company personnel at all organizational levels.
Must maintain strict confidentiality on sensitive issues.

Minimum Qualifications
7+ years administrative experience supporting an executive in QUALCOMM (departmental/organizational policies and procedures, company products and programs) or another large engineering company.

7+ years processing travel plans, expense reports, and visas under tight deadlines.

12+ years Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience compiling information, prepare complex reports, and work on special projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
Ability to operate in a professional environment.
Exposure and familiarity with engineering activities and procedures.
Education Requirements Preferred: Bachelor's, Business Administration
