We are team of geotechnical, structural, civil, and water resources engineers that deliver heavy civil engineering projects focused on dams, flood risk reduction, river restoration,
hydropower, and earth retaining structures for clients nationally and globally. We are seeking motivated candidates that enjoy working in a team environment on challenging projects to join our Minneapolis office.

We are seeking an Engineer-In-Training (0-4 years’ experience) holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. If you are selected, your responsibilities will include technical
analysis, design, preparation of construction documents, reports, and cost estimates for water resources, infrastructure, environmental, structural, and energy projects. Your task focus will be on water resources analysis and design, hydrologic and hydraulic
modeling, ArcGIS mapping, grading and drainage, and culvert and pipe network analysis and design. Some field work and travel may be required. Familiarity with ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and drainage software is required. You will have the opportunity to working on
a wide range of water resources and civil engineering design tasks and develop your career towards more technical and/or managerial responsibilities.

Background requirements include:
Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering

Master of Science degree in Water Resources Engineering or relevant field is a plus

0-4 years of relevant experience

EI certificate is required and a bility to obtain P.E. within 4 years

Knowledge of hydrologic and hydraulic engineering theory and principles

ArcGIS, CAD, and drainage analysis software

Strong oral communication and technical writing skills

Ability to work in a team environment.
Familiarity with federal and state government guidelines, policies and procedures is a plus
