Position Summary
The Credit Reporting Manager is responsible for responding to customer credit reporting inquiries and disputes accurately and in a timely manner. The incumbent will ensure compliance with all company policies, and credit reporting laws and regulations.

Responsibilities
Identifies and resolves all credit reporting regulatory concerns. Escalates complex issues to management as necessary.
Regularly audits and verifies numerical data against current records, data entries, and reports.
Investigates credit disputes and responds in a timely manner.
Ensures credit bureau reporting is in compliance with the Metro 2 file format.
Retains and catalogs all credit dispute documentation.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
Associate’s Degree in related field or related field.
3 - 6 years of credit disputing/eOSCAR processing experience
Experience working with Metro 2 guidelines.
Computer literacy to include Data Entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook
Strong attention to detail/accuracy.
Ability to prepare routine reports/correspondence
Knowledge of CDIA Data Furnishers and CDIA Credit Reporting Resource Guide
Preferred
3+ years of automotive finance experience
