Planned Parenthood of Greater Washington and North Idaho seek a dynamic and compassionate Call Center Representative (CCR) who will work with clinical and administrative leaders to deliver exceptional reproductive health and advocacy for all. This position is critical to identify and address callers' needs and connect them with the appropriate services/appointment. The ideal candidate is someone who excel at providing exceptional customer service, who has active listening skills, and who is adept at quickly interpreting and addressing the needs of others.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Expedite and expand the client experience, take direction to complete tasks assigned.
Respond promptly to all internal and external request for medical records.
Will scan and upload medical records and clinical documents into the client data-base. REQUIREMENTS/TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
Two years of scheduling experience.
Working knowledge of MS Office.
Medical background/terminology preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills. PERSONAL QUALITIES/OTHER ATTRIBUTES
Exceptional customer service skills.
Work cooperatively with co-workers maintaining harmony, display strong interpersonal conflict resolution skills.
Strong attention to detail.
