NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Business Consulting Director - Healthcare Delivery Management to join our team in Miami, Florida (US-FL), United States (US).

  • Act as a Delivery leader responsible for overall client implementation outcomes and deliverables
  • Current position will require resource to be onsite with the customer in Miami Florida however future ongoing travel to other customer locations is anticipated
  • Travel expectations may be required 50% - 75% of the time pending client needs (not for current client)
  • Lead large scale delivery with multiple business unit oversight
  • Lead delivery team governance and transition of business to Business Process as a Service(BPaas) model
  • Deliver project/program high level planning, projections, governance and innovation to meet client objectives and NTT Data’s strategy
  • Develop complex and innovative solutions to business problems or customer engagements through in-depth analysis, coordination and negotiation with key decision makers
  • Build and sustain effective communications with all stakeholders and cross-functional teams in an effort to maximize the customer experience
  • Communicate effectively at all levels of the customer and internal organization. Including C-Level through business leadership, program management and project resources
  • Ensure that full life cycle delivery costs are within or better than delivery costs contracted according to service level agreement
  • Consider NTT Data wide implications of decisions and recommendations
  • Analyze and forecast business and market trends
  • Contribute and support new products and processes to achieve strategic business objectives
  • Contribute to business results through quality of results, advice and decisions
  • Develop standards around which others will operate
  • Design and develop global processes, systems and/or applications
  • Contribute to NTT Data thought leadership and consulting efforts
  • Work directly with NTT Data executives, delivery team and customers to ensure positive delivery
  • Provide complex metrics and reporting support to all relevant stakeholder, while identifying opportunities for growth
Basic Qualifications:
  • Expertise in delivery of end to end healthplan operations
  • Delivery experience of large scale applications and migration projects
