Responsibilities:
--Responsible for the exterior and
interior upkeep of the facility

--Must be able to diagnose and repair
all major facility appliances

--Working knowledge of HVAC is
required

--Ensure regular maintenance and
upkeep of the facility is completed

--Collaborate with other facilities
and construction departments

--Communicate all necessary repairs
that will interfere with daily business activities

--Order and install new equipment as
needed

--Ensure that the facility represents
a professional and luxury environment

--Anticipate and troubleshoot all
facility problems

Requirements:
--High School Diploma required

--Industrial maintenance experience

--3-5 years or previous
facilities/building management experience

--Strong mechanical and electrical
experience

--Basic plumbing experience is needed

--Basic HVAC experience is needed and
certification is a plus

--Attention to detail

--Professional appearance and
communication is required
