Real Estate Investor Assistant Job

A fast paced real estate investment company is looking to hire a part-time real estate investment assistant. Looking for a motivated and teachable individual. This positions will require excellent communication, quick learning, and prompt response times.

The candidate must have:

  • A positive attitude
  • Tech-savvy – good with computers/software
  • A great work ethic
  • Ability to think on his or her feet
  • Punctual – “If you’re not early, then you’re late.”
  • Organized
  • Effective time-management skills
  • Ability to self-manage
  • Multitask and prioritize
  • Great phone and communications skills
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office

This position has the potential to change but below are several tasks that this position will be responsible for:

  • Creating punch lists and scopes of work for repairs
  • Reviewing Bids from Contractors
  • Taking pictures of homes
  • Posting advertisements
  • Track property status
  • Other tasks as needed
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Must dress presentably
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in person and on the phone
