This role as Project Manager at Amazon Media Group will have you in charge of shaping, planning and executing some of Amazon Media Group’s highest profile advertising experiences. You will execute and coordinate details of all aspects of AMG’s experimental marketing programs, from program development, vendor management, logistics, invitations, sponsorships, promotions and more. Not only do you help conceptualize and produce events, but you also come full circle to use your analytical skills to conduct post-event ad campaign reporting and share best practices. You will be working closely with AMG Sales Leadership as well as the Brand Partnership Team to deliver world-class experiential marketing events for our customers.

This position requires a self-starter with strong interpersonal, communication, project management and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to work across cross-functional teams with time sensitive deadlines is critical to success in this position. The candidate will need to combine strategic-thinking with a high degree of creativity and organizational skills to execute on high-impact programs. In short, you will play a key role in successfully executing AMG’s most important client interactions and ensuring partner satisfaction. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales managers on the overall client event development plan
  • Plan client events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives
  • Manage and execute all events, developing best practices
  • Conduct pre-event site assessments
  • Supervise all staff
  • Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree
2+ years project/events management experience
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience across all marketing channels and building integrated marketing plans
Cross-functional, project management and leadership skills and the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
Experience packaging new advertiser opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

8+ years project/events management experience
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
