POSITION SUMMARYPerforms tasks that support the administration and management of Hawaii Consortium for CME (HCCME).
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS Assists with annual report, accreditation application, progress reports, accreditation requirements, new activities and CME-related matters. Engages in self-directed professional development and training specific to accreditation standards, compliance with ACCME Standards for Commercial Support, and CME best practices. Assists with fiscal accountability and documentation of sources and uses of commercial funds and educational grants as specified by the ACCME Standards for Commercial Support. Responsible for maintenance of online CME calendar and online CME participant and activity database. Responsible for invoices, payments, and billing of CME fees. Assists with administration and maintenance of the CME facilities accreditation committee program and accreditor-related tasks. Assists with CME training activities for faculty, staff, and/or others. Provide administrative support for Office of CME, CME committee meetings, retreats, presentations, and/or workshops. Monitor the delivery of accredited CME activities to assure compliance with ACCME accreditation criteria and Standards for Commercial Support. Complies with all legal requirements and company policies. Performs all other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education/Training
Minimum: Associate in Arts degree.
Experience
Minimum: Two years of progressively responsible professional experience with health-/education- related initiatives and/or in meeting accreditation standards; or equivalent education/training or experience.
