Description: Renux Media is the exclusive distributor of PeopleLink Unified Communication Solution in Nigeria. PeopleLink provides a complete communications system for business and enterprise users. Combine voice, video, unified messaging, presence, IM and more – along with remote and mobile access. PeopleLink also includes advanced applications for contact center, like IVR, recording, workforce management, and multi-site routing.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Application Developer (Web and Mobile App)
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities:
  • Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release and support)
  • Produce fully functional mobile applications writing clean code
  • Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions
  • Develop and maintain proprietary JavaScript/XML engine used to deliver interactive content on the web
  • Develop and maintain front-end tools (web/native apps) which enable fast prototyping of interactive content (native JavaScript, XML, HTML)
  • Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions
  • Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance
  • Design interfaces to improve user experience
  • Liaise with Product development team to plan new features
  • Ensure new and legacy applications meet quality standards
  • Research and suggest new mobile products, applications and protocols
  • Stay up-to-date with new technology trends

Qualifications:
  • Experience with third-party libraries and APIs,; ability to develop RESTful and SOAPbased APIs.
  • Experience working with SCORM 1.2/SCORM 2004/TinCan APIs
  • Experience developing native applications (Cocoa, C++, Objective-C, Swift, Java)
  • Familiarity with OOP design principles
  • Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude
  • Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the App store or the Android market
  • Ability to work and perform in a team environment
  • Ability to adapt an application to new requirements, as necessary.
  • Minimum of HND or B.Sc in Computer Science or any other related course.
