Enterprise Sales Manager, DACH

We’re looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager, DACH to lead our team, selling into new and existing organisations in our DACH Enterprise (5000+ employees) segments.You will report to the VP of DACH.
You will manage a team of quota-carrying Enterprise Account Executives’s who are responsible for prospecting, managing, and closing transactional business in our Enterprise accounts.You possess strong sales leadership experience, as well as deep knowledge of driving sales cycles and prospecting. This person will play a key role in leading a highly transparent and motivated sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strong leadership, vision, and direction
  • Build and lead a high performing sales team
  • Track and analyse sales activities to understand and capitalise on buying trends and patterns
  • Be accountable for the attainment of assigned new customer acquisition and current customer expansion
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise leadership team to support segment-wide objectives
  • Ongoing mentoring and development of the associate sales management team including recruiting, onboarding and training
  • Conduct weekly forecast meetings
  • Report on all aspects of the business to senior sales management
  • Work closely with other teams such as field marketing and outbound sales development to drive market awareness and build pipeline for the sales team to achieve revenue targets

Required Skills

  • 10+ years in software/SaaS (ideally in a CX, CRM, ERP and/or B2B SW company)
  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership within software/SaaS organisations
  • You have a proven track record of success, driving revenue expansion against quota and increased profitability in the software industry
  • A creative, out of the box problem solver
  • Must be analytical and metrics-driven through all stages of the sales cycle
  • BA/BS degree required
