How we’ll *deliver* success:
Shippo is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our growing RevOps team. As a key member of the team, you will work with our leaders to drive alignment through shared objectives, processes, data, and tools. We’re building the Shipping Layer of the Internet, and you will directly contribute to our revenue-generating teams’ successes. The ideal candidate is an experienced data-driven problem-solver who knows how to be strategic and tactical in identifying and solving our business challenges.
*Shipping & handling* responsibilities:
- You will work with leadership to design and implement a global go-to-market strategy by identifying opportunities to acquire and grow our existing customers
- You will lead projects to optimize our lead-to-cash process by implementing a best-in-class sales process, including a deal desk, pricing and approvals frameworks, and documenting a cross-functional playbook to increase deal velocity and activation rates
- You will define and measure KPIs, create forecasts and build dashboards for the teams to easily understand the health of the business, and identify opportunities and create strategies to help them hit their goals
- You will work closely with marketing operations and our product teams to increase qualified leads and enhance our self-service sign-up flow
- You will work closely with our business applications team to deploy and configure our tech stack that will have a measurable increase in productivity for all of our sales teams
- You will be proactive in spotting revenue opportunities and inefficiencies and will define and execute projects, reporting the results to leadership
Do you tick the *boxes*?
- You have 4+ years in a revenue operations role with experience in executing project and change management
- You have a track record of implementing end-to-end sales processes with measurable results
- You are strongly proficient in Salesforce and have vast experience in other integrated SaaS tools (i.e., Marketo, Salesloft, MadKudu, Clearbit, LeanData, Drift, Segment, etc.)
- You are proficient in SQL, Looker, or other Business Intelligence tools
- You are detail-oriented and understand how one change might affect other processes downstream
- You have a growth mindset, bold ideas, and a know-how attitude to get things done
- Bonus if you have experience at a startup in the e-commerce industry
