About the Role
The primary duties of this position is to manage a high volume of inquiries from applicants interested in leasing a residential home, assist the sales team, do continuous follow up and assist with the application and move in process. Additional duties will include collecting and aggregating documentation during the application process, populating standard lease forms, and ensuring a smooth and complete move in experience for the residents. Must be able to utilize phone, email, SMS and phone for customer support.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with prospects by email, phone, and SMS
- Schedule showings for applicants
- Collect and aggregate documentation necessary for rental application screening
- Populate form leases with approved terms and disseminate electronically for execution
- Develop strong knowledge of available inventory
- Train team members
- Track leasing metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Property Management or related field (i.e. hospitality, real estate)
- 2+ years experience in a customer service position
- Real estate license required
- Experience managing others, preferred
- Must be available to work one (1) weekend day each week (either Saturday or Sunday)
- Ability to prioritize and take initiative
- Phenomenal communication skills, both written and verbal
- High Attention to detail
- Tech savvy with an ability to use Google Suite and Microsoft Suite products
