Junior Software Implementation Consultant

WorkWave is looking for an Jr. Implementation Consultant to join our Client Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in coordinating, scheduling and training customers in the implementation of ServMan, an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. The Jr. Implementation Consultant is responsible for working closely with the implementation consultant ensuring the customer’s success in successfully transitioning to our software to improve their overall business performance.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Become an expert in the WorkWave ServMan software solution and related WorkWave integrated solutions
• Analyze, design, direct/own and train clients in the successful implementation of ServMan
• Assist in the development and implementation of project schedules and procedures for customer implementations and monitor progress against schedules
• Proactively engage with clients to ensure project is kept on schedule
• Delivery of technology training in a corporate setting remotely
• Manage multiple client implementations concurrently

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Experience working with ERP and/or field service software, 2 or more years required (Prior ServMan knowledge/experience strongly preferred)
• Knowledge of field service industry common practices and best practices, 2 or more years experience required
• Creative thinking and analytical problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail & organization
• Advanced organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple assignments
• Familiarity with report design tools
• Experience with relational database tools and basic understanding of programming/logical functions
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience with implementing software technology

NICE TO HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous implementation experience
• Accounting experience or education
• Experience using Salesforce, JIRA, G Suite, MS SQL, Crystal Reports
