Receptionist / CSR - Temporary

Job Description

Marshall's Inc. is a family owned HVAC company serving Eugene-Springfield and the surrounding area since 1948. They currently have a team of 50+ employees and are looking for people who genuinely care about quality, service and customer experience to join their growing team.

We currently have temporary need for a receptionist/ customer service representative from mid-March through mid-June, with the potential of the position converting to a permanent, full time position with benefits. This job requires an upbeat personality, the ability to think quick on your feet while providing exceptional customer service. Work Hours: Mon - Fri 8a to 5p with potential OT during peak seasons.

Pay: $12 - $14 p/hr DOE

Qualifications:
1+ year experience managing a multiline phone system Prior receptionist or CSR experience Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook Great communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to accurately and consistently follow instructions and workflows High level of attention to detail
